This shows you the steps on Windows 11 machine

In regedit, navigate to the location below. (see screenshot below)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete

create a string and type “no” to disable it, or “yes” to enable it
